Really, Really Frazzled !!
I had a credit balance on my internet service…so what did the phone company do?? They disconneted it, of course !!
BOO BELLSOUTH !!
I was on the phone 4 hours and talked with 15 different people before they were able to get it re-connected.
Only one lady showed concern and a real willingness to help.
