Hey every one, sorry for the delay in the Mandarin Baptist Mission trip updates..wi-fi hasn’t exactly been up to par. A lot has happened in the past 4 days. God has given us so many great opportunites and through those opportunites, He has taught us so many amazing things.
Wednesday: After finishing the book shelves and painting them, we brought them upstairs and organized a lot of medical supplies....

After arriving safely to Haiti on Monday morning, we made it to the orphanage and have settled in quite well. Things aren’t at all what we imagined, you really do have to experience it first hand to understand. There are 46 children of all different ages here at the orphanage. The kids are so precious, and so funny!

Mike and Bonnie Snider have confirmed that they do feel called to Haiti, they have met with our Haiti team leadership, and they agreed to move down in August. One of the major obstacles they face is funding. We ask everyone who has been to Haiti and understands the struggles they will face, to please give to offset the extra costs we will incur having to support them. Here is the letter they sent...

It rained two nights ago, and by “rained” I mean POURED. For almost two hours the rain beat down on the orphanage’s tin roof. The first thought in the minds of our kids is to grab the soap and run outside. God is providing a free shower. The first thought of the group that was here (T.H.E.
