The San Jose Baptist Church team started the day at the Cabaret school with the raising of the Haitian flag and singing the Haitian national anthem. We also prayed for the school children with the school staff. We then led the older school kids over to the Bercy Baptist Church and held a shortened VBS with them . Thursday night is Bible Study night in Bercy. The Mandarin group led separate studies for men & women. Their topic- Sexual Purity. We had a great turnout in both classes. Mackenson Dupervil is in our K5 class. His birthday is 2/21/2003- so he’s 4 years old.Mackenson is also one of our own orphanage children. When his mother died last year Mackenson and his siblings went to live with their grandmother.
